We are looking forward to another year of showcasing RVA artists! This event is open to all artists who are working in clay. Fees associated with the RVA Clay Tour are established only to cover the costs of the program.

What is the RVA Clay Tour?

The RVA Clay Tour is a studio tour that celebrates the local clay and ceramics art community. During this annual event, dozens of clay studios and ceramic artists open their doors to the public, so visitors can:

• Explore working studios and see where and how pottery and ceramic art is made

• Meet local clay artists and talk about their creative processes

• Watch demonstrations

• Purchase handmade pottery, sculpture, and other ceramic works directly from the artists

Keys to Success

• Spread the word - online and in-person!

• Host and promote concurrent studio events with the Tour
